4. We will assess your item based on the current condition and style

5. If we agree on a set price, the authentication of your item will be processed.

OUTRIGHT BUY TERMS

  • The seller must disclose any flaws, damage and/or alterations of their item(s).
  • We only accept authentic items and hold the right to refuse any item. All items will be authenticated and the processing will be executed by our team regardless of inclusions like receipts, or authentication done before. If the item(s) generate a not authentic result, the seller will be responsible for return shipping charges and authentication fee, and we will hold the item(s) until payments for the latter are settled.
  • We require a loose time frame of 1-3 (business) days to allow initial processing, though authentication may take several days to complete, depending on the brand and style. In instances where additional photos or a second entry of processing is needed, we require an additional 1-2 (business) days.
  • The declared price by the seller may not always be the final price. We will assess the item(s) and based on the current condition, style, and salability will appraise the item(s). Our final offer is then relayed to the seller.
  • Outright buy payments are made after the item(s) is/are received, and deemed authentic by Canon E-Bags Prime Trading employees and/or trust third-party authenticators. After the results are provided, payment will fall in line for scheduled settlement.

CONSIGNMENT

1. Send us detailed photos of your items, with complete details and declare all flaws, foul smell (if any)

2. Advise us on the price you have in mind

3. Book an appointment and bring your items to our showroom or send your items via courier

4. We will assess your item based on the current condition and style

5. Once the item is proven authentic, a signed agreement along with a corresponding receipt will be given to you

6. The item is kept in store to showcase to viewers. It will also be modeled and shot for posting on all our social platforms

7. If there is an interested buyer, we process your item for authentication

8. Once the sale pushes through, we schedule to settle the payment to you right away!

CONSIGNMENT TERMS

  • We offer a maximum consignment period of 6 months which states: Payment will be released once fully paid by the buyer
  • If item/s remains unsold after the 6-month period, the owner is required to retrieve the item and pay a pullout fee of Php 1,000 per item.
  • If, for any reason, the owner is unable to retrieve the item/s after the initial 6-month period, a storage fee of Php 1,000 per item will be imposed for the maximum storage period of 3 months following the primary consignment period.
  • Should the owner decide to pull out any item within the first 6 months upon consigning, a pullout fee of Php 1,000 per item will apply. Additionally, if the client opts to withdraw within the first month of consignment, a pullout fee of Php 1,500 per item will be charged.
  • If the owner fails to claim the consigned item/s after the 3 months storage period, full ownership of the item/s will automatically be transferred to Canon e-Bags Prime.
