Yes, you may bring a companion; however, they must also provide all the required information during your visit.

Do you have parking space at the Showroom?
Yes, there are ample parking spaces outside and along the showroom for your convenience; however, please be mindful not to block any driveways.
Are non-personal vehicles (e.g., Grab, JoyRider, Angkas) permitted to enter the subdivision?
Yes, non-personal vehicles such as Grab, JoyRide, Angkas, and others are allowed to enter the subdivision, provided they have confirmed their booking on the day of their visit.
When I book a visit to sell my item(s), can I also view items in the Showroom?
Yes, you are welcome to explore the items in our showroom during your visit.
If I miss my time slot, will I still be accommodated?
Yes, however, if you are running late or unable to attend, please inform us in advance if you need to reschedule.
Consignment
What is your Consignment process?
Canon E-Bags Prime Trading offers CONSIGNMENT for clients opting to sell their luxury items at a higher resale value. Such luxury items have potential for resell, but we opt to not purchase outright.

How long does your Consignment period last?
We offer a maximum consignment period of 6 months.

Is there a standard markup percentage applied to consigned items and their prices?
There is no fixed markup percentage for consigned items.
Our markup is determined by factors such as the owner's consignment price, the salability of the style, and the item's condition.
Who decides on the price for consigned items?
At Canon e-Bags Prime Trading, we are committed to your success. To facilitate swift sales and efficient transactions, we advise pricing consigned items reasonably. Excessive pricing can diminish buyer interest, extend the time an item remains unsold, and result in additional pullout fees.
We recommend setting competitive prices to improve the likelihood of a successful sale. While owners have the final say on pricing, we encourage reasonable pricing to ensure the best outcomes for all parties involved.
Is there a consignment fee?
There is no initial consignment fee, however, if item/s remains unsold after the 6-month period, the owner of the item(s) is required to retrieve the item and pay a pullout fee of Php 1,000 per item.
If the owner is unable to retrieve the item/s after the initial 6-month period, a storage fee of Php 1,000 per item will be imposed for the maximum storage period of 3 months following the primary consignment period.
If the owner fails to claim the consigned item/s after the maximum 3 months storage period, full ownership of the item/s will automatically be transferred to Canon e-Bags Prime.
Am I able to change my mind and withdraw my item(s) a few days after consigning them with you?
If you want to withdraw within the first month of consignment, a pullout fee of Php 1,500 per item will be charged.
If you choose to withdraw your item(s) after the first month but before the six-month mark from the time of consignment, a pullout fee of Php 1,000 per item will apply.
Do I need an appointment in order to Consign my items?

What if my Consigned item(s) are found to be inauthentic?
Authentication of the consigned item(s) will be processed once there is a buyer.
If an item(s) authenticity is confirmed as counterfeit or unidentified, the owner will be responsible for covering all costs related to authentication with the necessary pull-out fee.
The owner of the consigned item(s) must immediately issue a withdrawal of item(s) by the upon confirmation of its inauthenticity status.
How and when do I receive payment for my Consigned item(s)?
The timing of payment is determined on a case-by-case basis. Payment will be processed once the buyer has fully settled the payment for the consigned item(s) and we have confirmed receipt of the complete proof of payment.
Why was my item not accepted for Consignment?
If the item is considered unsellable or potentially counterfeit, it may be declined or rejected. For an item to be deemed sellable, it must meet certain conditions and requirements. Additionally, if the client’s asking price is excessively high, this could also affect its acceptance.
Outright Buy
What is your Outright Buy process?
Items for Outright Buy must be inspected by our team in person and once we have the items with us, Canon e-Bags Prime Trading and the seller will negotiate and agree upon a price to be paid for each item. We will select items and buy outright for fair value after authenticity has been verified. At our discretion we choose which items we will take in based on desirability, condition and ease of sale.

Do I need an appointment to sell my items for Outright Buy?

What happens if my item(s) are found to be inauthentic?
If the item(s) are determined to be inauthentic, clients can either collect their items from our showroom or have them returned through their preferred courier service. Please note that clients must pay the authentication fee before we can release their item(s).
If you are unable to pick them up right away, you will have the option to store them with us for a designated period. According to our company policy, item(s) can be held in storage for a maximum of 30 days. If the item(s) are not collected within this timeframe, full ownership will automatically transfer to us.
How and when do I receive payment for my Outright Buy item(s)?
Payment timing is determined on a case-by-case basis. It will be processed after authentication, which could happen either on the same day or within a period exceeding 24 hours. Generally, authentication for footwear, accessories, clothing, and similar items takes longer than for bags.
What if I want my Outright Buy items back?
All items you’ve sold to Canon e-Bags Prime are final, meaning they’re sold without any regrets or changes of mind.
If you want to get the item back, you’ll need to buy it again from Canon e-Bags Prime at the selling price we’ve set, as long as it hasn’t been sold to someone else.
Why was my item not accepted for Outright Buy?
If an item is deemed unsaleable, it may be declined or rejected. To be considered salable, the item must meet specific conditions and requirements, including its style, brand, color, size, etc. Additionally, items must be in at least excellent condition; those that are heavily used or have a strong foul odor will not be accepted. If our third-party authentication partners classify the item as unidentified or counterfeit, it will be declined. Furthermore, if the asking price is excessively high, we will also have to pass on the item.
What brands do you accept?
We prioritize accepting brands such as Hermes, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Goyard, Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, Celine, Fendi, Loewe, Valentino, Chloe, Bottega Veneta, Givenchy, Gucci, Balenciaga and many more.

Is there an appraisal fee charged if I send my items for sale but ultimately decide not to sell them?
We don’t usually charge for appraisal(s) prior to authentication.
Once authentication is in progress, an appraisal fee will be charged if the owner decides not to sell the item/s.
An appraisal fee will be applied at the following rates:
- Php 1,500 fee for 1-2 items
- Php 2,500 fee for 3-6 items
- Php 3,500 fee for 6-10 items
- Php 5,000 fee for 10 items or more items
In the event of a cancellation after authentication is done, the client is also responsible for the associated authentication fee.
How do I sell my items If I live far away?
For clients who are located overseas, in distant provinces, or unable to visit our showroom in person, we offer the option to send their items via their preferred courier, with the cost of shipping being the client's responsibility. Over our 14 years in the industry, we have not encountered issues with courier deliveries. However, in the event of any losses or damages, Canon e-Bags Prime will not be held liable.
Live Selling
When do your Live Sellings happen?
Our live selling events are generally scheduled on a weekly basis, though the timing may occasionally vary. We aim to host live selling sessions 3 to 4 times a week and will always provide advance notice of the schedule.
Where can I watch your Live Sellings?
Live Sellings are on our social media platforms. Our official Facebook Page at Canon e-Bags Prime Trading.
We do not have a Facebook Account, this means, we do not request to follow you or nor can we accept or decline your Facebook friend request.
We also do Live Sellings on our main Instagram Account at @canonpime2010 and on our content Instagram Account at @canonebagsprime.official.
How do I ‘mine’ an item?
Step 1: Watch the Live Selling
Step 2: Comment ‘mine + Item name stated on the Live Selling + price’ or ‘mine + price’ or ‘mine + price + code of the item mentioned’
Step 3: Wait for Ms. Marga, Ms. Gia, or Ms. Bettina to acknowledge the item is yours/if you’re the 1st miner
Step 4: Screenshot the item during the Live Selling and Comment “SSD” (this means Screen Shot Done)
Step 5: Message us on your preferred platform (Instagram, Facebook, Viber, or WhatsApp) to send the screenshot of the item to proceed with your purchase.

How will I know if I have successfully ‘mined’ the item?
Ms. Marga, Ms. Gia, or Ms. Bettina will announce during the live selling event whether the item you declared as "mine" is yours or if you are the second, third, or fourth ‘miner’.
As the second miner, how and when will I know if I've successfully mined the item?
As the second miner, you are responsible for sending us a message on your preferred platform confirming that you are indeed the second ‘miner’.
We kindly ask for your understanding as we allow the first ‘miner’ sufficient time to complete their payment and await confirmation in the event that the first miner will cancel. We will reach out to the next miner if the item becomes available
Why are the prices different from the Live Selling than on your website and other platforms?
As a special treat for those who take the time to join us, our customers eagerly anticipate our live selling for big discounts and great deals.
It's no joke—be ready to watch and participate actively!
Until when can I avail of your Live Selling price?
Following the Live Selling, we allow our customers to review the session and still purchase items at the live price within two days (during open days).
Is layaway applicable for your Live Selling price?
As Live Selling prices are considered a ‘special’ offer, payment options include full cash payment or a one-time payment.
However, items that are 'mined' may require a down payment initially, with the remaining balance to be settled within two weeks.
Please note that the layaway price differs from the live price, but on occasion, if you secure the item during the live even layaway, we can still give some discount.
What if I don't get my mined item or cancel?
Please refrain from joy mining as much as possible.
We hope everyone understands that live selling sessions require significant effort and hard work.
Can I return an item I mined during the Live Selling?
We can only accept returns for item exchanges or store credit if the issue is due to our oversight, such as failing to disclose certain details or flaws.

Are your items new or pre-loved?
We present a collection of luxury items, including brand new, unused, good as new and pre-loved pieces, all at least in excellent condition.
Are your designer items all authentic?
Yes. We ensure the authenticity of every luxury item we buy and sell, supported by our esteemed authentication partners, Entrupy, Legit Grails, and Zeko with authentication certificates and the detailed inspections performed by our well-trained Sales Associates. Should an item be proven inauthentic, money back is guaranteed.

Can I cancel my order(s)?
Canceling reservations without a down payment is acceptable. However, if you send a down payment to reserve an item, please note that the down payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
However, you may retain it as store credit or should you decide to change your item and there is no fault or damage on our part, a Change Item fee or Store Credit fee of Php 1,500 will apply.
Please also note that we do not allow cancellations or returns for item(s) purchased through layaway.
Can I return or exchange my item?
We are happy to process returns provided the request is genuine and within reason. As an online seller we have a duty to accept returns in line with our consumer policy.

What are the inclusions of your items?
Our website and social media accounts both contain detailed shots of each product available in our collection.
- If a product is accompanied with inclusions: This is showcased in the photos (dust bags, straps, care cards, boxes, receipts, etc.) for easy reference.
- Products without any inclusions in the photographs: These are stand alone items, and thus, comes as is.

Where do you get your items?
Most of our luxury items are sold to us by esteemed clients and sourced by personal shoppers from other countries. Clients personally bring their items to our showroom in Greenhills, San Juan or send via their trusted courier. We make sure to have the items sold to us authenticated before we pay the owners.
Where do you get your Brand New eyewear?
Our growing collection of brand new eyewear is meticulously sourced through our trusted personal shopper in Milan.
We prefer to carefully select eyewear options with minimal inclusions—typically packaged with only a ziplock and cards. Through this, there is a better chance to provide
How do I reserve an item?
To secure and reserve the item you desire and want to make your own, a 15% down payment is now required. Please understand that our pieces are fast-moving and are in high demand, and we are keen on prioritizing buyers who are genuinely interested and committed to purchasing our items.
Can you source an item for me/Can I pre-order an item?
At this time, we do not accept pre-orders or sourcing requests. We only offer items that are currently in stock, which we acquire from clients or personal shoppers. All products listed are available for immediate purchase unless otherwise stated.
Are the prices posted the final prices?
No, the prices posted are not final. There is room for a discount if you pay in cash and in full, especially in store purchases and if you buy in bulk. Prices are also discounted on our Live Sellings.
How do you authenticate your items?
One of the principal steps in our Outright Buy protocol is authentication with our trusted third-party authenticators, Entrupy, Legit Grails, and Zeko. (Redirect to their official websites)
Authentication for consigned item(s) begins once payment is finalized by the buyer, prior to the shipment of the item(s).
How much do your authentication services cost?
Authentication costs range from Php 2,500 to Php 8,000, depending on the luxury item(s).

Do you provide hardcopy or softcopy of the authentication certificates?
Yes, upon request, we can provide you with one or both copies of the authentication certificate.
Can I authenticate an item but not buy or sell anything to you?
Yes, authentication services are available. To schedule a visit to our showroom, please contact us using either of our phone numbers. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on the authentication service used.

Do you offer layaway?
We accept layaway for up to 6 months. Depending on the price bracket your item falls under, you will be charged a certain amount on top of the agreed upon price of the item you are purchasing.

Are the prices listed on the website the same as those for layaway?
Yes, website prices are the same as layaway prices. When you choose to layaway an item, you will be able to enjoy the same pricing as listed on our website.
Please note that while layaway prices are consistent with website prices, monthly interest may apply on a case-by-case basis. Some items may qualify for layaway without any interest charges.
Are all your items open for layaway?
Yes, all our items are available for layaway for up to 6 months.
Can I put multiple items on layaway?
Yes, as long as you make monthly payments for each item, and you are able to pay on time.
What happens if I cannot pay for my layaway anymore?
By sending your down payment, you agree to our terms, which include the following: payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, and monthly payments are required. Failure to make the monthly payments will result in forfeiture of the previous payment/s made.
Can I change my layaway item after a few months it has been on layaway?
Payments are non-transferable. Since the item has been held for an extended period, it has missed the opportunity for a quick sale. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes to the order.
Do I have to pay on a certain date per month? Can I pay every 15 and every 30 of the months?
We do not have a fixed payment date requirement. As long as you make your payments monthly, you have the flexibility to choose how and when you pay. If you prefer to split your payments into twice a month to ease the financial burden, that is perfectly fine.

What is your shipping process time?
Canon e-Bags Prime will typically dispatch your order the day after payment verification or on the next business day.
Canon e-Bags Prime operates Monday through Saturday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Orders made during holidays or outside these hours will be processed for shipment on the next business day. While we strive to accommodate special shipping requests, it is essential for customers to be fully informed of our shipping policies.
Orders with expedited shipping placed before 7:00 p.m. will be shipped on the same day, while those placed after 7:00 p.m. will be sent the following business day.
Each order undergoes a review and verification process, and any mismatches between payment and shipment information could result in delays.

Is rush shipping or same day delivery possible?
Yes, same-day delivery is available within Metro Manila. For provincial locations, we can arrange rush shipping if it is an option in your area.
Same-day scheduling for local Grab or Lalamove deliveries is available; however, due to the volume of orders, non-urgent orders may require a few additional days for processing.

Do I have to pay customs duty and import charge? If so, how much?
Import taxes, customs duties, and any other applicable fees imposed by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility, as well as compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Buyers are also responsible for checking if any restrictions might prevent their order from being imported.
