Shipping policy
Whether the luxury item(s) are being sent out on consignment, outright buy, or as part of a purchase order, the buyer or seller is fully responsible for paying the shipping costs.
Delivery services such as Grab, Lalamove, In-house riders, LBC will be used for local deliveries while EMS is used for international shipments. Know more about our Shipping Options.
PROCESSING TIME
Canon e-Bags Prime operates Monday through Saturday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Orders made during holidays or outside these hours will be processed for shipment on the next business day. While we strive to accommodate special shipping requests, it is essential for customers to be fully informed of our shipping policies.
Deliveries placed before 7:00 p.m. will be shipped on the same day, while those placed after 7:00 p.m. will be sent the following business day. Each order undergoes a review and verification process, and any mismatches between payment and shipment information could result in delays.
Buyers are kindly requested to allow us sufficient time to pack their orders. While some orders may be eligible for same-day delivery, this is contingent upon the urgency of the request. However, we can only ship orders after payment has been confirmed in our account.
Orders for Lalamove or Grab will be packed and dispatched only between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
For LBC shipping, please note that we do not offer daily shipments; dispatches are scheduled only.
In-house orders cannot be rushed or guaranteed for same-day delivery, and there is no definite date or time for these shipments.
Please note that shipping delays may occasionally occur.
SHIPPING MULTIPLE ITEMS
Sending item(s) to us for appraisal
If the seller chooses to send item(s) through a single courier, they will be responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of the items, including covering all shipping fees.
Purchased orders
Upon request and approval of the buyer, we can consolidate multiple item(s) into a single shipment. Shipping fee will depend on the size and weight of the parcel.
INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS/SELLERS
The Buyer or Seller is fully responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed by the destination country, as well as for adhering to all relevant laws and regulations. All items shipped from the Philippines will be declared at their full purchase price and labeled as "used."
We cannot mark any items as "gifts." Due to courier restrictions, Entrupy Authentication is mandatory for all international shipments and is required when dispatching packages.
Additionally, as the customer, it is your responsibility to be aware of any restrictions that may prevent the importation of your order. Some countries have prohibitions on importing products made from exotic skins.
INTERNATIONAL CURRENCY INFORMATION
All prices displayed are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and do not include import taxes, customs duties, or any other fees that may be charged by the destination country. We accept returns on orders on a case-to-case basis, as outlined in our return policy.
For international shipments, all returns will be processed in Philippine Pesos and will reflect the same amount paid at the time of order. Please note that we cannot provide currency exchange estimates, as rates may vary. All transactions will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, as determined by the intermediary financial institutions.
