We are happy to process returns provided the request is genuine and within reason. As an online seller we have a duty to accept returns in line with our consumer policy below.
Within a 7 day period after receipt of a purchase from Canon e-Bags Prime Trading, a client may explore a return option and only under the following circumstances
- Original receipt or proof of payment/transaction is needed for product refund.
- Item(s) received exhibit undeclared flaws, but within valid reason may be returned. Please keep in mind that the majority of items in store are pre loved, thus the final decision to allow a return for undeclared flaws lies with Canon e-Bags Prime Trading.
- Item(s) received are proven not authentic may be returned
- Item(s) with valid reason are returned, but were purchased via Credit Card may expect a refund of the product amount, but the service charge will stand.
- Buyers remorse is valid within 24 hours of receipt of item(s) to an exchange of item in store or store credit with a charge of Php 1,500.
- If the buyer wishes to change their order after having made an online down payment but decides to modify it in person, a change fee of Php 1,500 will apply.
- If an item needs to be changed due to undeclared flaws, and the fault lies with Canon e-Bags Prime, we can accommodate an exchange or provide store credit; however, refunds are only issued under certain conditions. You must notify us within 72 hours (excluding days wherein we are closed) of receiving the item(s).
- The shipping cost will be covered by the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Item(s) must be returned in the same condition and with the same inclusions as originally received.
- If you are not eligible for a return, the item(s) may still qualify for a Buy Back.
We also reserve the right to refuse returns under the following conditions
- We cannot accept returns beyond 7 days.
- We cannot accept returns for any orders with any element of customisation.
- We cannot accept returns for items acquired via our sales or live selling discounts, and are final.
- We cannot accept returns for items where a different size is required. You must ensure you order the correct size before you checkout.
- For hygienic purposes socks, hats, accessories (necklaces, earrings, bracelets, etc.), linen (pillowcases, sheets, blanket, etc.) cannot be returned.
- Damage due to shipment is void of return possibility. Clients are free to avail of courier insurance at their expense.
Given that our products are pre-owned, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on purchases made in our Physical Store.
Please ensure you carefully inspect the item for any imperfections or damage before completing your purchase. After an item leaves our store, it cannot be returned or exchanged; all sales are final.

We strongly encourage all buyers to thoroughly review our product descriptions, examine the photos closely, and pay attention to the sizes listed. We strive to accurately describe our items and provide high-quality images to ensure you receive exactly what you see.
Please be aware that our item(s) range from brand new to pre-owned.
If the item you receive does not match our description and you wish to exchange it, kindly return it to us with a tracking number. This will help confirm that we have received your return.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
You may cancel your order at any time before the shipment of your item(s), provided they were not purchased through layaway, as we do not allow cancellations or returns for layaway item(s).
Should you decide to change your item and there is no fault or damage on our part, a Change Item fee of Php 1,500 will apply.
Please allow at least one (1) business day for a representative to respond to your inquiry and confirm that your item(s) have been shipped.
Product-Specific Return Guidelines

Microchip Technology
In line with the latest industry trends, many designers are now incorporating advanced microchip technology as an authentication feature in their products. However, it has become increasingly common for these microchips to become undetectable over time due to various reasons.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges based solely on issues related to microchip detectability. As long as the item is verified to be authentic, we stand firm on our no-return policy for microchip-related concerns. We strive to provide our customers with genuine products, and we are confident in the authenticity of our items, regardless of microchip functionality.
Second Hand Footwear
Please note that all second-hand shoes are sold in "as-is" condition. While we take care to ensure that the shoes are in excellent condition when released by us, we cannot guarantee their durability or longevity. As with any pre-owned item, there is an inherent risk of material degradation or breakage.
By purchasing second-hand shoes from us, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this risk. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or deterioration that may occur after purchase.
Louis Vuitton Monogram Peeling Concern
Please note that peeling of the monogram pattern on Louis Vuitton (LV) products is a common issue that can occur due to the natural wear and tear of the material as well as environmental conditions (temperature). This issue is not necessarily due to any defect or fault on our part. We have experienced this issue with some of our previous LV products, and it is a known problem with certain LV items. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for LV products with peeling monograms.
Foul Smell from Louis Vuitton Products
Some Louis Vuitton products may have a strong or unpleasant smell, which is a characteristic of the materials used in their construction. This is not unique to our products and can be present even in brand new items purchased from authorized LV retailers.
We take steps to ensure that our products are properly cleaned and maintained before shipping, but we cannot guarantee that the smell will completely disappear. Returns or exchanges due to the natural smell of LV products will not be accepted.
Sizing and Fit
To ensure the best fit, it is the buyer's responsibility to request additional information about sizing for shoes, belts, bracelets, and other items prior to making a purchase. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and measurements, but we cannot guarantee a perfect fit.
